The perfect gift for a kid! This antique xauv is 5.75 inches across weighing 64.7 grams. The silver of this xauv is lower quality than normal (.900 fine) — it is likely around .700 to .800 fine, with a higher content of copper/brass than typical. Hmong people sometimes referred to this purity of silver as "nyiaj kab pum." The engravings on each ntsej of this xauv do not match the opposite side, but rather, both sides of the specific ntsej have engravings which do indeed match—quite rare to see. Historically, this size xauv was often given to children out of love, and/or given duing a hu plig if they get sick often.
