Raj Nplaim Loj | Free Reed Flute | Txam Nroj Vaj

These flutes are made by Txam Nroj Vaj (Ngo Cha Do) in Ha Giang, Vietnam. They do NOT come with the tassels in the picture, but DO come with a red felt carrying/protective bag. These are made from smoked bamboo (xyoob qha) with copper (tooj liab) reeds. These flutes have intentional holes (qhov cua) at the terminal end to allow for the lowest note to play directly without transitioning from the second lowest note. Flutes measure between 40 and 44 inches in total length.
